All our eyewear passes through strict quality control procedures by our trained professional staff before we dispatch any order. If any manufacturing faults develop within this 12 month period simply return the product to us with proof of purchase and we will provide you with a replacement to your satisfaction. We will replace free of charge any items that are of a substandard quality within a 12 month period. This warranty covers all eyeglasses frames, lenses, sunglasses frames and lenses - every product sold by GlassesShop. Our multiple lens coatings are also covered by this 100% satisfaction guarantee.

After you receive your product, should it not be in absolutely perfect condition please contact us immediately. We will happily refund any purchase where the product is damaged and where we cannot replace the damaged product. You do notice any quality problems or manufacturing defects, and then you must contact us first within 7 days so we can attend to your concern immediately.

Please make sure to contact our dedicated customer service team if you have any questions about your order. (Note that damage to frames or lenses caused by general day to day wear and tear is not covered by this 12 month guarantee).

The product warranty granted by GlassesShop is additional to any rights you may have as a consumer under relevant law, and is in addition to any warranty in respect of any product granted by the manufacturer of the product.
