Return & Refund Policies
Here at GlassesShop.com we work very hard to ensure that the eyeglasses we make for you are 100% accurate to your prescription. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your new eyeglasses, simply return them in their original condition for a full refund, replacement or exchange in accordance with our return and refund policies listed below.
Within 5 days of receiving your new glasses
If you are not completely satisfied with your new eyeglasses for any reason, you may request a full refund within 5 days of receipt. Just call our Easy Return Hotline at 1-855-202-0123 for instructions on how to expedite your refund. You will need to return your new eyeglasses and case in their original condition. Once we have received your return and verified that the eyeglasses and case are in good condition, we will process your refund. (Monies will be credited back to your original form of payment.) Shipping and handling charges are not refundable unless your glasses have been damaged in shipment. If the glasses you receive are damaged, please contact us immediately.
6 to 30 days after receiving your new glasses
If in the rare event your new eyeglasses develop a quality issue (i.e. broken temple) within 6 to 30 days of receipt, you may simply return them to GlassesShop.com for a full refund or a replacement. During this period we will only process a refund for quality-related issues.
31 to 90 days after receiving your new glasses
If your new eyeglasses develop a quality issue between 31 and 90 days of receipt, simply return them to GlassesShop.com. We will issue a full refund for the frame and a 50% refund on the lenses and coatings. During this period we will only process a refund for quality-related issues.
NOTE: All returns must be pre-authorized by our Customer Service Department.
If you think that you have received the wrong frame or package, please call our Easy Return Hotline at 1-855-202-0123 within 7 days of receiving your new eyeglasses. You will need to provide us with your order number, your name, shipping address, and the specific problems with your order.
For your protection, we suggest you return the product in a traceable manner. If the value of the item you are returning is more than $100, we suggest that you insure your return shipment for the full price you paid. Make sure that the item is packaged in the same way you received it.
If the prescription of your purchased lenses is different from the prescription you provided, you can choose to receive a full refund or request new lenses at no extra charge. However, we are not responsible if you enter your prescription incorrectly on our website order form. So, be very careful when entering the numbers.
