As customized products specially designed, Glasses are commonly not for recycling use. So we do not accept any return or exchange request except for the following reason:
1 . The customer proves that our glasses do not match the prescription provided by him. In such case we will re-design a new pair of glasses for him unconditionally.
2 . If the customer finds the product defective or damaged upon receipt, please contact us within seven days and show us photos/images to prove, and we will send him a new pair according to customer requirements.
3 . Refunds will be given at the discretion of the Company Management. Please contact us at
