As a general rule:

• Orders going through Expedited Shipping have tracking information, and are delivered a lot quicker than International Airmail.
• Orders going through International Airmail are scrutinized less by customs in your country and subject to less custom duties, but have no tracking information, and take longer for delivery.

We strongly recommend you choose Expedited Shipping; it is much faster and safer.
Standard Shipping has an estimated delivery time of 7-20 business days, but delivery date is not guaranteed. If you can't receive your parcel in 3 months, we'll resend or arrange a full refund.

Q1.How long will it take to get my glasses?

This depends on what lenses and shipping method you choose, namely the time includes the processing time and shipping time. 
Processing
In most cases, the processing may take 3-4 business days for normal single vision eyeglasses. Orders with tinted lenses may take 5-7 business days. Orders with photochromic lenses, polarized lenses, Bifocals/Progressive lenses, or Wraparound prescription sunglasses may take 7-10 business days.

Q2.Will I be charged for any extra payment expect for the products and shipping charges?

You may have to pay import taxes and/or customs duties. You may also be required to pay a brokerage (handling) fee for the shipment. These charges are separate from your shipping charge and you will be billed directly for them.

It is important for you to become familiar with Customs policies for your specific country before ordering. Customs regulations differ by country and not knowing their regulations can result in your order incurring high import duties, the delivery being delayed or even returned. Please check with your Customs office to see if your country permits the shipment of the products you are planning to order from us and if any additional licenses or permits are needed.

Please Note: If your order is returned to us due to a banned/restricted products policy, a wrong address, refusal to pay customs fees, refusal to accept the order or because no one was there to accept delivery of your order, we will refund your credit card as follows: You will be refunded the total amount of the order, minus the shipping charge, and 20% of the value of the order, (as a re-stocking fee). We will also subtract any other outside charges glassesshop.com has incurred during shipping, such as warehousing fees, return postage fees, etc.

If the cost to return the product to us is larger than the cost of the refund due, we will instruct the carrier to abandon the order and there will be no credit for the order. If the product(s) is seized by customs, there will be no credit processed for the product(s).

Q3.When can I be entitled to free shipping?

When your order amount exceeds $49, you will be entitled to free shipping worldwide by international airmail. When your order amount exceeds $149, you will be entitled to free shipping worldwide by express shipping.

Q4.How do you handle shipping delays?

From time to time, shipping delay occurs due to various reasons. We kindly remind you to enter your address correctly with proper cases, spaces and punctuations. If you’d like to have your order shipped to a company address, please don’t forget to write the company name as the integral part of your shipping address. In case the shipping delay occurs, please contact us or the courier service company for the most recent status.
