We are confident that you'll love our product. At Glassesshop.com, returns are made easy.
Glasses purchased from Glassesshop.com may simply be returned in their unworn, original, in the original case within 14 days of your receipt of your order, for a refund. Once a customer indicates they would like to return their glasses, they have 14 days to submit all the relevant information to complete the transaction. Please notice the shipping and handling costs will NOT be refunded. There is a 50% restocking fee for glasses.
If you encountered following cases,
1. Your eyeglasses arrive damaged.
2. We produce your eyeglasses not as per the prescription you entered when placing your order, or fit your lenses to the wrong frame.
We’ll arrange a full refund if you sent a verification photo to email@example.com.
FRAME REPLACEMENTS (WITHIN 14 TO 30 DAYS) - If in the rare event you’ve broken a frame within 14 to 30 days of receipt, you may get a new replacement frame from GlassesShop.com.
FRAME REPLACEMENTS (WITHIN 31 TO 90 DAYS) - If within 31 to 90 days of receipt the new frame breaks for any reason, GlassesShop.com may ship a new frame charging the customer 50% of the cost of the frame plus shipping fees.
1. Contact our Customer Service Department at firstname.lastname@example.org to approve the return.
2. All returns must be returned in their unworn, original, condition, in the original case include an eyeglass case and lens cleaning cloth.
3. Package your glasses securely and make sure to include your name, contact information order number and why you returned the glasses
4. We recommend shipping your return by a traceable method. (GlassesShop.com is not responsible for shipping damages or lost shipments.)
5. Once your return is received, we will process refund in 7 working days. Your refund will be credited back to your original method of payment.
6. Once your refund has been processed, it will take 7 to 10 business days for your bank to process the credit and apply it to your account.
We do not refund postage until and unless it has been determined that the glasses were incorrectly produced or sent, at which time we'll refund $1.65 first class USPS postage, only, per pair returned. We are not responsible for charges incurred in sending things back by priority mail, UPS, Fed Ex, or any similar method of shipping.
Designer Glasses (branded), Sunglasses, Clearance Glasses, and Accessories are not included in the return and refund policy.
In the event that a "Buy One Get One" coupon is used, the value of the complimentary pair frame will be deducted from the amount to be compensated
