If you’re not satisfied or made an ordering error, contact us within 30 days of receiving your glasses for a free exchange (shipping fees apply) or a 50% refund. Each order qualifies for one time exchange or return. Orders placed with store credits are ineligible for a second time return.

If you receive glasses with defects in materials or workmanship within 30 days, we’ll remake them or issue a full refund upon confirmation.
