Q 1. How long will it take to get my glasses?

This depends on what lenses and shipping method you choose, namely the time includes the processing time and shipping time.

Q 2. Will I be charged for any extra payment except for the products and shipping charges?

A certain amount of import duty may apply for some countries. Sorry for that we can't assume your import customs. Duty (or customs tariffs) is set by the destination country customs authorities. Please contact the local custom for a specific amount of it.

Q 3. When can I be entitled to free shipping?

When your order amount exceeds $79, you will be entitled to free Standard shipping on your order; Also if your order is over $249, you will have a free Expedited shipping.

Q 4. How do you handle shipping delays?

Sometimes a shipping delay will occur due to weather, or customs inspections for example. Please do not worry, we will be responsible for any logistic issues and will not let our customers experience any loss.
As a general rule: If your order can not be delivered to you in 1-2 months, we will process full refund to you or remake a new pair of glasses for you at no additional cost.

Q 5. Which countries/regions do you deliver?

Q 6. What’s the difference between international airmail and expedited shipping?

Orders going through Expedited Shipping are delivered a lot quicker than International Airmail. Orders going through International Airmail are scrutinized less by customs in your country and subject to less custom duties, but take longer for delivery.
If you need your glasses in a hurry, we would advise you to select expedited shipping service.

30-Day Return:

You have 30 days from the date you receive the glasses to contact us for the return if you want to return them for any reason. If you made a mistake during the order, or you just don't like the glasses, you can return them for a 50% refund (excluding shipping) to the credit or debit card or PayPal account, or 100% store points (excluding shipping) on one time basis.
If you feel there is a manufacturing error, after verification, we will remake the glasses for you at no charge, or provide 100% refund to the credit or debit card or PayPal account, or 100% store points on one time basis.

90-Day Warranty:

FRAME REPLACEMENTS (WITHIN 30 DAYS) - GlassesShop.com may ship a new frame at no additional charge if the frame was broken within 30 days.
FRAME REPLACEMENTS (After 30 DAYS to 90 DAYS) - GlassesShop.com may ship a new frame charging the customer 50% of the cost of the frame plus shipping fees if the frame was broken after wearing less than 90 days.

Note: This warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, negligence, or improper care.

HOW TO RETURN YOUR GLASSES:

1. Contact our Customer Service Department at service@glassesshop.com to approve the return.
2. All returns must be returned in their unworn, original, condition, in the original case include an eyeglass case and lens cleaning cloth. Package your glasses securely and make sure to include your name, contact information order number and why you returned the glasses.
3. We recommend shipping your return by a traceable method. (GlassesShop.com is not responsible for shipping damages or lost shipments.)
4. Once your return is received, we will process refund in 7 working days. Your refund will be credited back to your original method of payment. Once your refund has been processed, it will take 7 to 10 business days for your bank to process the credit and apply it to your account.
