These are cute glasses. The fit and rx were great right without adjustments. I ordered the basic progressive lens, since this was my first order. I am impressed with the clarity and wide peripheral vision field for distance-- no soft vision out of the corners of my eyes. My one wish is that I had asked them to give the frame a little pantoscopic tilt to improve reading distance. Maybe I'll request that on my next order, or find a local shop willing to adjust it for me.
Customer service was excellent. They even have a comments box on the order page, which tells me that they give individual attention to each order.
